These Terms of Use apply to your use of drshreyarajkumar.com (the “Website”), which is operated on behalf of Dr Shreya Rajkumar (“we”, “us”). By using the Website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
1. Information only, not medical advice
Content on the Website, including treatment pages, FAQs, blog articles, videos and patient cases, is general information about dentistry. It is not a diagnosis, a treatment plan or a substitute for an in-person examination by a qualified dentist. Do not delay or disregard professional advice because of something you read here. In a dental or medical emergency, contact your nearest emergency service.
2. No dentist–patient relationship
Using the Website, sending a message through it, or contacting us by WhatsApp, phone or email does not create a dentist–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after a consultation at a clinic.
3. Appointments
Appointment requests made through the Website, WhatsApp or phone are requests only and are confirmed by the relevant clinic. Treatment is provided at Sofia Smile Clinic, Dubai Silicon Oasis, and at DentaZone Multi Specialty Clinic, Lucknow, each of which operates under its own policies on fees, payment, cancellations and patient records. Those policies apply to any treatment you receive there.
4. Patient cases and results
Before-and-after images and case descriptions are shared with the patient’s consent and show individual outcomes. Results depend on each person’s oral health, anatomy and care, and are not a guarantee of any outcome. Treatment suitability, duration and cost can only be confirmed after an examination.
5. Reviews and third-party services
The Website displays reviews published on third-party platforms and links to services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, Instagram, YouTube and our blog. We are not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, submitting false or misleading information, or sending unsolicited commercial messages through our forms.
7. Automated access
Search engines and AI assistants may access the Website as described in our robots.txt file. Our content may be indexed for search and used to answer user questions with attribution, but may not be used to train AI models without our written permission.

12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute, except that matters relating to treatment at the Lucknow clinic are governed by the laws of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Website means you accept the updated terms.
